Information / Terms
The details.
A clear outline of how the current booking experience works.
Booking terms
Draft for review — these are not final legal terms. Please confirm payment, delivery, usage rights and dispute details before publishing.
Vacation bookings
Select a package, places and a date. You can save a booking request, but no deposit is collected yet; the date is not secured until payment is available and confirmed. Package details and the estimated deposit are shown before submitting.
Fashion & brand enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a session. The studio reviews the project details before agreeing on scope, timing and pricing.
Changes and cancellations
Vacation bookings may be rescheduled once, at least one week before the session day, to an available time. The cancellation and reschedule policy explains what happens to the deposit and how weather-related changes are handled.
