- One reschedule per booking
- Each vacation session can be moved once from Manage Booking, to any open date and time.
- One week's notice
- Rescheduling closes one week before your session day. After that, please contact the studio.
- Your photographer
- We keep your photographer when they're free at the new time; otherwise we assign another member of the team.
- Deposit
- Your 30% deposit secures the date and carries over to the new time. It is non-refundable if you cancel.
- Weather
- If conditions make an outdoor session unsafe, we'll move it with you at no cost — this doesn't use your reschedule.
